Thanks for visiting the Realtor section of The San Mateo Mortgage Blog.  In the following pages, I hope to give you an idea of what you and your client can expect when you work with my team and provide you with some tools you can use in the field.

Being a former Realtor myself, I have been on both sides of the transaction and understand what needs to be done to maintain a professional and pleasant working relationship. My team and I excel at customer service and strive to make every client a client for life. Currently, we get most of our business through referrals which speak to the level of satisfaction of our clients.

What You Can Expect from The Chris Williamson Team

  • Promises Kept -We know how hard you work to cultivate buyers and sellers and when you turn a prospect into a client, you need to know they are qualified. When we issue a pre-approval letter, that means we have thoroughly investigated their financial picture and barring any unforeseen changes in the mortgage market, they will get the loan.
  • Deadlines Met –There is nothing worse than someone who will over promise and under deliver. When we say we will get something to you by Friday, it will be there by Friday. Period.
  • Access to Several Lenders and Loan Programs -We have access to over 45 lenders and numerous different loan programs for every kind of borrower at competitive rates. From FHA government loan programs to VA loan programs to stated loan programs for self-employed to jumbo loans for clients needing over $1 million, we are positive we can find your borrowers the program that fits their short and long term financial goals.
  • Problem Solvers – Invariably problems do arise during a transaction. Rather than pointing fingers and playing the blame game, we make you aware of the problem so we come up with a unified plan to present to the client. It works much better when everyone in the transaction is aware of the issues and work together to come up with the best solution for the client.
  • Smooth Transactions – We stay on top of every step of every transaction whether it be the appraisal or documentation required by the lender. You will never have to call us for a status report. We think it is critical you be apprised of what is going on and we make it a priority to update you constantly.
  • Availability on Evenings and Weekends – We understand clients have busy work and personal schedules and aren’t always available to meet during regular business hours. That is ok! We are available evenings and weekends to meet with your clients at every step of the transaction. If your client finds the house of their dreams on Saturday night and you need an amended pre-approval letter for your offer, call us and we will get it right out to you. We understand in this competitive market, you can’t always wait until Monday to present the offer.
  • We Go to Signing – Usually the client’s home purchase is the biggest purchase they will make in their life which is why we feel it is important we be at the closing to answer any questions about the loan documents. There is nothing worse than the Realtor having to answer questions about documents they didn’t produce.
  • Service that Doesn’t Stop at Closing – We touch our clients several times throughout the year through newsletters, financial updates, and our most popular update, when we can save them money on their mortgage through our Mortgage Adoption Center.
  • Financial Education - We keep up with the mortgage markets and send you e-mail market updates as they arise. Whether you are brand new in the business or seasoned veteran, we are available to answer any questions you or your clients may have about new loan programs, market changes, or financing strategies to get their home sold fast.
