Hi J, In the search that I just did, most said stated income loans were no longer available in Colorado. It seems that all the sources seem to be putting the brakes on those programs.

I’m thinking that you’ve done an outstanding job with this blog. As a lender trapped in a very conservative lending vacuum it’s encouraging to see self-employed people have a place to go.
