		<description>Hi Connie,  You are correct.  At the time of this post, FHA was supposed to be working out a plan to put this into action.  However, since then, no solid plans have surfaced and since the deadline for the first time home buyer tax credit is looming, it is safe to say it likely will not happen in time.
