More from CNN Money: Your Credit Score
Reading CNN Money this weekend, I came across this article, Mortgage rates plummet, but borrowers beware, which discusses the new standards that borrowers will be held to in order to receive the best rates.

The good news is that lending has become cheaper for potential buyers with good credit, but for those without a solid credit score, it will be difficult to find San Mateo mortgage loans. And when they do, it will be at steeper rates.

If you are looking to enter the market, no matter what your credit score, now more than ever, it’s important to have an expert San Mateo mortgage advisor to help you along. If you have questions or want to sit down and talk about your options, give us a call at (650) 520-0915.
