I know I just started my blog, but it’s already time to upgrade the name. LeftCoastLender is now the San Mateo Mortgage Blog. Why the change? Well as hard as I tried and as many times as I tried to explain to people the meaning of LeftCoastLender, people just didn’t get it. Although the new name isn’t as flashy or as confusing, the name change expresses the essence of the blog: relevant mortgage information for San Mateo County home buyers and home owners. And an added bonus, I show up higher in Google searches! So as we are learning to say almost daily in the mortgage business, “Times they are a changin’!”
