You are also one of the lucky few that could watch me fall flat on my face with this blogging thing. But, to insure that your interest is peaked, to guarantee that you will be sitting at the edge of your seat day in and day out until I post my next blog entry, I have strategically selected a topic that can not fail to entertain or inspire…………….Ready?
MORTGAGE FINANCING!!!!!!!!
Ok, sorry for the disappointment. Not very exciting huh???? Ready to click that little X at the top right corner of the webpage? Well hold on for a second! I never promised excitement. I only promised to entertain and inspire. “How?” you say!
Well I know I am not an expert at blogging, but I am an expert at Mortgage Financing. I make a living by consulting homebuyers and borrowers through the mortgage process. I teach people not only how to obtain financing for the home of their dreams, but to obtain financing and actually afford the home of their dreams. I teach and consult borrowers not only how to refinance their mortgage to obtain a better rate, but to refinance and enhance their future with their monthly savings.
Still not entertained or inspired? Well remember, I am new to this blogging thing. Give me some time and I do promise to entertain you by bringing you a different view of the mortgage business! And I do promise to inspire you. Inspire you to buy your first home. Inspire you to put yourself in a better financial situation. Inspire you to make your mortgage work for you instead of you working for your mortgage. Basically, I want to inspire you to stick around and read as I dazzle you with my view of the mortgage industry. I know I have not won you over yet, but give me a few more days, a few more weeks, and maybe a few months and hopefully one day I will be lucky enough to join the ranks of your RSS feeds. One could only hope!
It appears that time is up! I see from pages of my “Blogging for Dummies” book, that your entries should be short, sweet and to the point to hold your reader’s interest. But I haven’t even introduced myself, I haven’t even answered the questions of who, what, when, where and why. Well maybe I have just inspired myself to write my 2nd blog entry. Maybe I have just left you with a cliffhanger, so you are now sitting at the edge of your seat waiting with anticipation. Probably not, but I promise to be back. This time I will be packing the mortgage knowledge and bringing the 5 W’s with me!
